Lambeth Town Hall sits right in the middle of Brixton, with its grand interiors, beautiful natural light and the energy of South London immediately outside.

This wedding was photographed across 35mm, medium-format film and digital. We kept the approach relaxed—documenting the ceremony, the people and everything happening around them, with just enough direction when it was useful.

The result is a loose, colourful record of a London wedding: understated portraits, real moments and plenty of the character of the day.
