Some weddings have a pace that suits film perfectly.

Conor and Kirsten’s celebration was quiet, unhurried and full of the moments that often pass unnoticed. Sun spilling across the gardens, conversations between old friends, a dress caught in the evening light.

Rather than directing the day, we simply stayed close enough to notice it.

The result is a collection of photographs made on 35mm film, medium format and digital that feels less like a record of a wedding, and more like a memory of being there.
